Mrs. Sharon Sulaman

Sharon Sulaman is a visionary leader with a passion for Business and Music Education. With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the prestigious University of Guyana, she has led Foundation 7 Inc. to become a thriving music school in Georgetown, Guyana. Under her guidance, the business has grown with more than two thousand (2000) students passing through the school over its sixteen (16) years of existence. Together with a team dedicated tutors with over 100 years of experience combined, hands-on training been the hallmark of the school, teaching student to play the instrument in a short space of time.

Sharon’s commitment to excellence is evident in her continuous pursuit of knowledge and skills. She has completed the Action Coach Business Coaching Programme, the Online Mentoring and Joy at Work (JAW) Certificate Programme, and the Broadening Horizons Women Empowerment Project (WEP) – Training and Internship Programme.

With a wealth of experience in various professional roles, including administrative positions at Guyana Telephone and Telecoms Inc., Tagman Inc., and the National Commission on the Rights of the Child, Sharon brings a diverse skill set to her leadership at Foundation 7 Inc.

Sharon’s dedication to her community extends beyond her professional endeavours. As a wife and mother of four (4), she understands the importance of balancing personal and professional life. Her commitment to serving God is reflected in her work, and her goal of transforming Foundation 7 Inc. into a profitable and sustainable entity over the next five years demonstrates her determination and foresight.

Sharon’s special skills, including her exceptional leadership and managerial abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications, excellent communication skills and her ability to plan, organise and execute events makes her a formidable force in the business and education sectors.
